Who runs it
Hospitals, health centres and clinics that register patients by hand in a ledger.
It takes over a registration ledger, a stack of cards and a separate count for every monthly return.
What it covers
- Patient registration once, with a number the patient keeps
- Outpatient visits and ward admissions against that one record
- Laboratory requests and results, entered where the result is read
- Drugs dispensed from the pharmacy, taken off stock as they go out
- Bills and receipts, in L$ and US$, with what is outstanding visible
- The monthly figures you already have to report, counted rather than tallied

How we work
We come out to you, in Bong County or anywhere else in Liberia, and sit with the people who do the work before we build.
The Hospital System runs on your own machines and your own network. We install it, we train your staff on it, and we keep it running.
