Who runs it
Pharmacies, drug stores and hospital pharmacy units.
It takes over a dispensing register and a monthly shelf count that finds expired stock too late.
What it covers
- Drugs dispensed against a prescription or over the counter
- Stock reduced as it is dispensed, in the unit you actually sell
- Batch and expiry on every line, with near-expiry drugs listed before they are dead stock
- Reorder levels, so a fast-moving item is flagged before it runs out
- Sales and receipts in L$ and US$, cash or mobile money
- What was dispensed, by whom, on which day

How we work
We come out to you, in Bong County or anywhere else in Liberia, and sit with the people who do the work before we build.
The Pharmacy System runs on your own machines and your own network. We install it, we train your staff on it, and we keep it running.
