Who runs it
Warehouses, distributors, NGO stores and businesses holding stock in more than one place.
It takes over a bin card, a delivery file and a stock figure nobody trusts until it is counted again.
What it covers
- Goods received against a delivery, with quantity and batch
- Goods issued out, to whom, and on whose authority
- Stock on hand by store and by location within the store
- Batch and expiry dates, with what is close to expiring listed
- Transfers between stores, so nothing leaves the record when it moves
- A stock count that can be checked line by line against the shelf

How we work
We come out to you, in Bong County or anywhere else in Liberia, and sit with the people who do the work before we build.
The Warehouse System runs on your own machines and your own network. We install it, we train your staff on it, and we keep it running.
